Warranty Policy for Earphone Products

I. Our company will provide the one-year warranty service from the date when the consumers buy the products through the channels authorized by us. When being sent for repair, the products within the warranty period shall conform to the following regulations:

  • · The products involved in our warranty service are only limited to the products that are sold by our company through the official channels, or the products that are sold by the distributors authorized by our company. When the products are sent for repair, the consumers shall provide the relevant vouchers (such as transaction vouchers or valid invoice vouchers issued by stores) to enjoy the warranty service.
  • · During the warranty period, if the product encounters the non-artificial functional failure under the condition of normalized operation, such product can be sent to the seller’s office where the product is purchased, or it is required to contact the official after-sales service center of our company and such product can enjoy the maintenance service free of charge after being verified by the maintenance personnel. Our company will not provide the door-to-door maintenance service.
  • ·When the product is sent for repair, it shall be sent back in its entirety. After the maintenance or replacement, the original faulty devices and parts shall be owned by our company. The repaired or replaced goods or parts shall enjoy the remaining period of the original warranty period or the 90-day warranty period from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. The time occupied by maintenance (including product transportation time) shall be deducted.
  • · The warranty card is only used in Chinese mainland.
  • II. Under the following circumstances, the products cannot enjoy the warranty service provided by our company:

  • · The one-year warranty period expires.
  • · The transaction voucher and warranty card cannot be provided, or they are lost or altered.
  • · The damage or failure is caused due to installation, use, maintenance and storage that are not in accordance with the specified requirements.
  • · The damage or failure of the product is caused due to unauthorized disassembly or maintenance by the service provider that is not authorized by our company.
  • · The damage is caused due to liquid supply, dampness, chemical corrosion, external extrusion, wrongful use and improper storage.
  • · The color changes of earphones and charging chambers are caused due to the contact with easily-dyeing substances (including but not limited to curry, easily-dyeing food, coloring matters for food, pigments, etc.).
  • · The damage is caused due to force majeure factors.
  • · The consumables of the product (including but not limited to ear caps, earmuffs, chargers, data cables, protective sleeves, etc.) or the damageable parts that can normally generate performance degradation suffer natural losses (including but not limited to battery attenuation and appearance wear) and ageing.
  • · There are non-product fault problems and other problems caused due to differences in personal use habits and experiences, including but not limited to normal appearance tolerance and color, product material and hand feeling, sound volume and tone, operating experience, etc.
  • III. Paid Maintenance Service

  • · Under the circumstances that are not within the warranty scope, such as artificial damage, expiration of warranty period, and violation of warranty policy, our company will provide the paid maintenance service.
  • · The maintenance cost shall be quoted by our after-sales maintenance department according to the actual damage of the product after the inspection and verification. The final price shall be subject to our quotation.
  • · The service only involves the maintenance/replacement of parts with performance failure, and does not include the replacement of other parts or outer packs.
  • · When the product is sent for repair, it shall be sent back in its entirety. The round-trip freight shall be borne by the consumer. After the maintenance or replacement, the original faulty devices and parts shall be owned by our company.
  • · The products or parts that have accepted the paid maintenance service can enjoy the warranty service according to the warranty policy. The warranty period is 90 days, calculated from the date of signing by the consumer.
  • IV. Supplementary Instructions for Earphones Maintenance

  • · If the earphones touch sweat for a long time, this may cause the damage to the appearance and inside of the earphones. After use, please timely wipe the earphones and put them back into the charging chamber. It is forbidden to place the earphones with sweat into the charging chamber, to avoid causing the damage of earphones and charging chambers.
  • · If the earphones and charging chambers are exposed to oil (including but not limited to edible oil, engine oil, gasoline, etc.), chemicals (including but not limited to hair colorants, cosmetics, shampoo and conditioner, detergent, laundry detergent, etc.) and other acidic & alkaline solvents, this may cause the damage of earphones and charging chambers. The contact with curry, easily-dyeing food, coloring matters for food, pigments and other easily-dyeing substances may cause the color changes of earphones and charging chambers. In case of the above situations, please dip a small amount of water with a cloth to carry out wiping, wipe the earphones and charging chambers with a dry cloth and dry them.
